Bio
Growing up in her parent’s bakery in Pennsylvania, Nicole learned much more than the secret to her mother’s award-winning chocolate cake recipe. Nicole developed a love for food and cooking that continues to impress her clients today. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Bloomsburg University, Nicole spent time traveling through France and Italy, making stops in Paris, Rome, Florence and Venice. She began to develop her signature style of Mediterranean and Italian flavors, which eventually led her to the French Culinary Institute in New York City. In 2006, she graduated top of her class and began working private dinner events at the notable James Beard House, while also establishing her own clientele.
Today, you can find Nicole preparing remarkable dinners with the same joy and passion as she did in her early years. Her cuisine includes rich, full flavors with a focus on seasonal ingredients. Yum Yum.
